Terms of Service

Angelcat Leads delivers real-time SMS and email notifications to business owners when a customer inquiry is submitted through their website. If a lead is not acknowledged within a configurable time window, the system sends escalation reminders. The service provides an audit trail of delivery and acknowledgment status.

You are responsible for:

• Using SMS only with recipients who have consented to receive operational lead notifications
• Configuring correct and current recipient phone numbers and email addresses
• Sending onboarding invites only to the business owner or authorized operators who should receive these alerts
• Not using the service to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages
• Keeping secure lead links confidential to authorized team members

SMS is optional and is not required to activate a tenant or receive email notifications. By entering a phone number on the emailed onboarding page and checking the optional consent box, the recipient agrees to receive operational text messages from Angelcat Leads. Key terms:

• Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive one message per new lead, plus up to two escalation reminders if the lead is not acknowledged
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
• Re-subscribe: Reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resume messages
• Help: Reply HELP for support information
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

The service depends on third-party delivery providers including Twilio (SMS) and Resend (email), as well as Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivery may be delayed or fail due to carrier filtering, network issues, provider outages, or recipient device conditions outside our control. Angelcat Leads does not guarantee delivery of any individual notification.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Angelcat Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost leads, missed business opportunities, or delivery failures. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account contact address on file.
